AFC WIMBLEDON-s One of London’s famous football clubs are in the process of relocating to their spiritual home in Plough Lane.  W2 Consulting were engaged to develop the business case assessing the economic, social and sports impact on the local borough of Wimbledon returning to Plough Lane.

Udaras na Gaeltachta
UnaG-s W2 Consulting undertook a multi regional social return on investment study for Udaras na Gaeltachta to assess the impact of investment in a range of resources and activities that promoted the use of Irish from tourism supports, cultural activities, commercial activities and community programmes.  The study included a number of national case studies in addition to the development of a social return on investment model to create a value system for local activities that stimulate Irish support which subsequent tourism, culture and direct economic outputs.

National Conference Facilities

W2 Consulting were engaged as part of a wider consultancy team to develop the business case for a national conference and events site.  W2 Consulting prepared the tourism impact and overall economic case as part of the Government submission.

National Festival

W2 Consulting were selected to undertake an independent review of a major regional festival assessing it from a range of stakeholder perspective and estimating the economic benefit of the event on the region.  The economic and social impact model has also been employed for organisations such as Munster Rugby, Thomond Park, Failte Ireland, Llanelli Scarletts and Special Olympics.
